Delivery / Acceptance


Delivery or takeover is possible only on the territory of Slovenia, Croatia and the EU. The buyer chooses one of the following options.


We deliver products through the GLS Slovendelivery service.

We will deliver the ordered goods to the address you specified at the time of registration or. purchase process. We recommend that you indicate the address where you are in the morning. We also recommend that you write down the mobile number where you can be reached in the morning, as the courier will be able to call you and agree with you on the method of delivery.

If you do not want the product to be delivered to your address, you can later choose the GLS Package Store or GLS Package Store on the GLS Slovenia website, where you can pick up the package yourself (by mail). All you have to do is write your name and surname and the address of the selected GLS Package Store or GLS Package Machine in the delivery information field.

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the GLS courier will leave you a message about the arrival of the shipment. The message states the package number and the telephone number of the GLS delivery service, as well as their e-mail address. You can contact the listed contact information and order re-delivery of the package to your address, or arrange for the package to be delivered to another address (where you will be available at the time of delivery). If you wish, you can also arrange with GLS to deliver the package to the nearest Package Store or the nearest Paketomat, where you can pick up the package yourself.

Free shipping for purchases above € 60 no postage for all purchases with personal takeover at the company's headquarters. Only in Slovenia.

The cost of delivery under the purchase below 60 € no postage is charged by the Slovenian Post according to the weight of the valid postal code of Slovenia. You will be charged the cost of delivery on the sent invoice or invoice. Only in Slovenia.

Free shipping for purchases above € 70 no postage  applies only in Croatia, Hungary and EU.

The cost of delivery under the purchase below 70 € no postage is charged by the Slovenian Post according to the weight of the valid postal code of Slovenia. You will be charged the cost of delivery on the sent invoice or invoice. Only in cauntri of Hungary and Croatia.

Delivery and acceptance of the shipment through the European Union is paid by the buyer before the goods are accepted at the valid price list, Slovenia Postage will be charged to you on the sent invoice.

 

Delivery and delivery times:

All orders in our online store are shipped in the shortest possible time.

If the website says that the item is in stock, we will in principle send them the next day. With delivery, however, there may be a delay in delivery, so the official delivery time is 3-5 working days from receipt of this notice.

Otherwise, for each product, the delivery time of the product is stated, which averages 7 to 12 working days.

The longer delivery times of 19 working days are valid only in agreement with the buyer. Holidays and Sundays are not counted in the delivery period. The payment period starts running from the day the payment is received to our account. We will notify you about the shipment by e-mail.
